2021 Midwest Organic Center Field Day

Join Midwest Organic Center at Etzel Sugar Grove Farm for their annual Field Day scheduled for Wednesday, November 10th from 3-5pm CST. 

PROGRAMMING WILL INCLUDE:
  • A tour of the farm and an opportunity to meet the team
  • A discussion of the overall benefits of cover cropping and how cover crops can lead to clean water, healthy soil and reduced erosion,
  • Results from the IDALS-sponsored no till vegetable project
  • An overview of the regenerative practices used in the vegetable area of our farm
  • Information about our organic consulting program and an opportunity to meet one of our organic consultants, Léa Vereecke
