The Growing Food and Profit group will hold their first meeting of the year on Monday, January 6th - whether you are a food grower, someone interested in growing food, or an “eater” of locally grown foods, you are welcome to attend.
The evening will begin with a potluck meal at 6:30 pm. Please bring a potluck dish to share and your own table service. Coffee and water will be provided.
This meeting will be a time to connect and re-connect with other food growers and those interested in consuming locally grown foods. The evening will be a chance to swap and share information on everything from varieties and techniques, locating tools or equipment, to sharing resources, and beyond. We will also discuss ideas for future programs.
The meeting will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at Raccoon Valley Bank Community Room, 590 Sugar Grove Avenue in Dallas Center.
The GFP group is sponsored by ISU Extension in Dallas County. For more information, please contact Linda Nelson at 515-491-3984 or [email protected].
