- Bryce Irlbeck is an organic farmer, owner of B&B Irlbeck Farms as well as the founder of AgriSecure. Bryce has a 4000 acre organic operation with his father, where they grow alfalfa, corn, soybeans, peas, barley, canola, and rye. Recognizing that his organic farm was succeeding while many others struggled, Bryce founded AgriSecure in 2018, to help farmers in his community learn how to profit from organic farming.

In 2016 Olga launched her company Olga’s Organics, and created the 1st and only USDA Organic Certified makeup with her Loose Face Powder. Olga is passionate about working with all farmers in Iowa that are looking to transition to organic.
