IOA Webinar: Crop Insurance and Whole Farm Revenue Protection for Organic Producers-- Wed, Mar 11 at 12 PM
Anna Johnson, Policy Manager at the Center for Rural Affairs, will give a presentation on crop insurance options for organic producers. This presentation will review some basics on crop insurance and how to find out what organic crop insurance is offered for your county. We will also cover the crop insurance product Whole Farm Revenue Protection, which is available in every county and can be used to protect organic crops and livestock. Finally, we'll talk about how to decide if purchasing crop insurance is right for your operation.
