Guests will embark on a guided bus tour through Hamilton County’s vibrant local farming community. This unique experience will depart from Backcountry Winery and Brewery in Stratford, and explore Bluestem Organic Mill, Knob Hill Organic Farm, and Bluestem Prairie Farm Organic Hemp Facility in Webster City. The tour continues with award-winning cheese tasting at Lost Lake Farm near Jewell, and returns back to the picturesque Backcountry Winery for tastings and socializing, and a farm-to-table dinner showcasing the tour's featured local products and produce.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to explore the thriving agricultural scene in Hamilton County, touring central Iowa’s diverse farming operations and facilities dedicated to organic farming and sustainable practices. Our variety of hosts will be showcasing their amazing local products including cheese, wine, beer, pork, CBD products, veggies, produce and more, which guests will have the opportunity to sample and purchase. Invigorate your senses and learn about exciting things happening in Iowa’s organic agriculture community within Hamilton County.

While the experience will be priceless - tickets for the Hamilton County Farm Crawl are $40 for IOA members and $50 for non-members, which includes transportation, samplings, and a farm-to-table meal prepared locally by The Bakin' Diner in Stratford, featuring ingredients from our featured farms.
