The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Organic Grain Resource and Information Network (OGRAIN) will host a field day full of discussion of incorporating cover crops in an organic grain rotation including seed mixes, summer seeding methods, and equipment.
Dive into organic practices including warm season annuals/forages, modifying equipment for different planting spacing (corn and wheat), experimental no-till planting, and using spacing and soil cover (in cover crops/rolled rye) for weed control and soil health.
